What are the Launchpool Yield and the Bonus Yield?

Yield Calculation | The yield is calculated based on each participant’s average staked amount relative to the total staked amount of all participants, using hourly snapshots taken throughout the staking period.
Yield Formula Daily β yield = (User’s Average daily staked amount in one pool / total staked amount of all participants in the same pool) × daily β reward pool |
Snapshot Mechanism | The system takes a snapshot of each participant’s staked amount at a random minute every hour throughout the staking period.
The participant’s average daily staked amount is calculated based on these hourly snapshots.
The exact snapshot minute for each hour will be disclosed daily after 12:00 AM (midnight) UTC. |
Yield Distribution | The yield is distributed to participants’ Funding Accounts within a few hours after 12:00 AM (midnight) UTC each day. |
How can I check whether Bonus Yield applies?
The Bonus Yield depends on the selected token pool and staking option. On the Launchpool event page, eligible pools will display the Bonus Yield in the APR field.
Notes:
— As the Bonus Yield is not supported on Borrow & Stake, you will only receive the Launchpool Yield if you stake via Borrow & Stake.
— The Bonus Yield applies only to MNT, bbSOL, and USDT. Newly listed tokens are not eligible for Bonus Yield.
Example
A Launchpool event for token BBB was launched recently. Assuming the following event conditions:

If user A stakes MNT, the final yield received will include BBB as the Launchpool Yield and MNT as the Bonus Yield.
If user B stakes some USDT directly into the Launchpool and some additional USDT via Borrow & Stake, he will only receive BBB as Launchpool Yield. He will not be eligible for Bonus Yield as some of the USDT was staked via Borrow & Stake.
If user C stakes BBB, he will only receive BBB as Launchpool Yield. He will not be eligible for Bonus Yield as he participated in the Launchpool by staking the new token instead of MNT or USDT.
How is the Estimated APR Calculated?
The Estimated APR is the sum of Launchpool APR and Bonus APR.

How can I increase my staking cap?

5 March: Alice created a Bybit account.
8 March: She staked 2,400 USDT to the Launchpool.
9 March: Alice unstaked her 2,400 USDT.
14 March: Even though her account registration is now > 7 days, she can still restake up to 2,400 USDT because she activated her New User benefits before the 7-day window expired. | New VIP Staking Cap: 3,000 USDT
1 March: Bob became VIP for the first time.
8 March: Staked 3,000 USDT to the Launchpool.

How Can I Check My Staking Records and Snapshot Results?
You can view your snapshot result and time in your Launchpool Staking Records under Effective Avg Staked Amount on the day after the daily snapshot ends.
Please note that your Effective Avg Staked Amount each day will be calculated as the sum of the staked amount observed during each hourly snapshots divided by 24.
Example
A Launchpool event for a new token β has started and Bob staked 1,000 USDT on Oct 31 at 08:30 UTC. The hourly snapshots on Oct 31 for this event are taken at the 20th minute of each hour.
Bob's daily average stake amount would be recorded as follows:
12:20 AM UTC: 0 USDT
1:20 AM UTC: 0 USDT
…
8:20 AM UTC: 0 USDT
9:20 AM UTC: 1,000 USDT
10:20 AM UTC: 1,000 USDT
…
10:20 PM UTC: 1,000 USDT
11:20 PM UTC: 1,000 USDT
The daily average staked amount based on hourly snapshots on Oct 31:
= ⅀ Staked amount observed during each hourly snapshots / 24
= [(0 × 9) + (1,000 ×15)] / 24 = 625 USDT
Therefore, on Nov 1 on Bob’s Launchpool Staking Records, the Effective Avg Staked Amount for Oct 31 will be recorded as 625 USDT for this event.
How can I check my total Launchpool yields?
To view your Total Yields, go to the relevant Launchpool page and select Staking Records. Under Historical Records, you will see the Total Yields for each of your staking entries.
Can I compound my yield?
Currently, compounding is not supported. Your daily yield will not be reinvested automatically to generate additional yield. Instead, you need to make a new deposit manually on the Bybit Launchpool.
When can I unstake my tokens?
You may unstake your tokens at any time during the staking period. Once unstaked, the tokens will be returned to your Funding Account and the balance may take a few seconds to update. Unstaking can be initiated via your Launchpool Staking Records on the Launchpool page. Please note that unstaking will affect your average staked amount, reducing the yield you receive.
Once the staking period ends, the Unstake button will be unavailable and your staked amount will be returned automatically. The return process may experience a slight delay in returning your staked amount.
