What Is Bybit AI?

Bybit AI is an intelligent trading assistant integrated into the Bybit platform. It allows you to interact with Bybit using natural language — ask questions, retrieve market data, manage your assets, and execute trades, all through simple conversational commands.

Bybit AI is designed for global users and covering most query and execution scenarios.

How It Works

Bybit AI is accessible directly from the Bybit platform.

On the Bybit website, hover your cursor over Tools and click Bybit AI from the dropdown menu.

On the Bybit App, you can go to More and select Bybit AI under Trade.

Once you are on the Bybit AI page, here's how to get started:

1. Access Bybit AI — Open Bybit AI from the Web or App.
2. Create a Bybit AI Subaccount — Set up a dedicated AI Subaccount that connects exclusively to Bybit AI. This is a sandboxed environment where all AI-driven trading activities take place.
3. Fund Your AI Subaccount — Transfer assets from your Main Account to your AI Subaccount.
4. Start Using Bybit AI — Issue natural language commands to query information, execute trades, or manage your account.

What Can Bybit AI Do?

Bybit AI operates differently depending on whether you are using your Main Account or your AI Subaccount:

Main Account Capabilities:

1. Information retrieval (market data, account info, product details)
2. Limited P2P trading
3. Submit customer support tickets

AI Subaccount Capabilities:

1. All open API-supported functions
2. Information retrieval
3. UTA (Unified Trading Account) trading
4. Trading Bot strategies and Copy Trading
5. Convert

Key Features

Natural Language Interaction

Simply type what you want to do in plain language. No need to navigate complex menus or memorize trading parameters.

Example commands you can try:

1. "Show me BTC price and 24h trend"
2. "What's my USDT balance?"
3. "Buy 0.01 BTC at market price"
4. "What's the funding rate for ETHUSDT?"
5. "Transfer 100 USDT to my AI Subaccount"

Quick Shortcuts

Bybit AI provides quick shortcuts for common actions such as checking assets, initiating transfers, and viewing orders — so you can act fast without typing full commands.

Free to Use with VIP-Level Quotas

Bybit AI is free for all users. Usage quotas are based on your VIP level. When your daily quota is reached, you'll be prompted to try again the next day.

Chat History

Bybit AI saves up to 30 recent conversations within a 7-day window, so you can review past interactions and pick up where you left off.

AI Subaccount — Security by Design

The AI Subaccount is a dedicated, sandboxed environment that isolates AI trading activities from your Main Account.

Key security features include:

1. Isolated Funds — AI can only access funds you transfer into the AI Subaccount
2. Asset Cap — A maximum total value the AI Subaccount can hold
3. Daily Transfer Limits — Controls on how much can be moved in or out per day
4. Trading Permissions — Granular control over what actions AI can perform
5. Same Login Experience — Log in to the AI Subaccount just like any standard subaccount

Note: To use Bybit AI on the web, you must switch back to your Main Account.
